Ryan is from Texas, but is truly a California hippy. He is Active Duty Marine Corps and is married to the incredibly smart and strong Emma. He grew up in Texas very active outdoors, but never any organized sports. He found his love of fitness and love of coaching when he joined the military. 

He was introduced to Crossfit in early 2014 and hasn’t looked back! He loves Olympic lifting, burpee box jump overs and battling endlessly to master double unders. He earned his Crossfit Level 1 in July of 2018 and is super excited to help people learn and achieve their potential!
