What is Functional Fitness?
Ever asked yourself what is the point or working out? Well, take a step back to think about things you do in your every day life that can be improved with exercising. Functional fitness involves taking workouts that you can carry out in your daily lives. For example, squatting can help you pick your dog up from the ground or bicep curls can help you lift groceries out of the car!
In the Functional Fitness Group Training Classes, we focus on a cross training program. We use several modes of exercise and combine it into an hour long class to get you all the benefits of strength, cardio, and circuit training. Some classes involve Olympic lifting while others are more cardio based, giving you an array of class styles to choose from!

Maximum of 12 people per class
Hour long class
Lift, Strength, Circuit, and Core components
Small class size allows for Coaches to monitor everyone’s form
