We also do private groups of 2-3 (In case you want your own group)
*min of 4 sessions need to be purchased. All sessions are 1 hour.
This includes:
Specialized training (you let us know what you want to train)
Customized times, (tell us a time that works for you)
We can do via Zoom or in-house at Steel Fox
