What Is Personal Training
Personal training is not done in groups but rather one on one. One client and one trainer. A customized program is made for the clients goals and strength levels. This is good for a person who doesn’t work well in groups, has had a prior injury, and or is training for a sport or something specific. Each session is 1 hour in length and will go through the same initial process as Small group of having a free assessment. Also available is two person personal training, perfect for those who would like to have a workout buddy.
