All throughout my life I’ve been physically active and grew up playing baseball basketball and soccer. I am a very competitive person and have always looked to find that edge I would be able to employ on the field. Most of these avenues were through training. However that was just for myself. Then I developed a mysterious ankle injury that took almost three years to figure out the problem and how to fix it. During that time I decided I wanted to become a physical therapist and started doing all sorts of fitness related fields which included personal training and Group fitness. I realized that by helping people and coaching was way more rewarding than any other profession that I had ever experienced. I apply the same principals in my life as I do in my coaching. These being Honesty, hardwork, empathy, resiliency and uniqueness.
